Our Tour Times
We offer free walking tours of the City of York every day of the year, except Christmas Day.
Our daily tours are at:
10.30am and 1.15pm
For the enjoyment and safety of our visitors, tour numbers are limited to 30 visitors per tour and so pre-booking is recommended.
Our complimentary tours are intended for individuals, couples and small groups of family/friends, and tickets are limited to a maximum of 6 people per booking.
Organised tour groups should book in advance using the Group Booking Form.
There are two guides on duty for each daily tour, and we typically split the full group into two smaller tours. Your tour guides will advise you on the day as to which guide you will be touring with.
