Group Bookings
We do consider pre-booked tours for groups of 10 or more visitors outside our scheduled times.
Smaller groups (of less than 10) should join one of our standard daily tours and book via this link.
These need to be pre-arranged in advance, at least two weeks before your visit to York, and tours are subject to Guide availability.
Please complete the adjacent Group Booking Form with details of your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
For such tours, we suggest a donation of £2 per person to help with our administrative costs.
Please note: We are unable to offer pre-arranged tours for groups of children under the age of 18 or for commercial tour operators.
